I'm the face of Margo Lockhart & Associates and I pride myself on being a highly regarded facilitator, designer and coach with a reputation for developing trust and rapport in the working environment.

 

I regularly facilitate management and leadership programs, as well as courses in Emotional Intelligence, Team Dynamics and Influencing Skills.

 

I have an academic background in education, counselling and organisational dynamics and bring a disciplined and reflective focus to my work.

I enjoy working with other facilitators, coaches and consultants, and have a large network of colleagues I regularly work with. Working in teams inspires me and adds a depth of experience to our client work.
