By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Have explored what ‘integrity' means to them
  • Identify and/or clarify their own values
  • Have developed their own mission and vision statements
  • Identify which workplace policies cover ethical behaviour in the workplace
  • Begin to strategically plan their business and personal goals based on their defined values

  • Workplace policies covering ethical behaviour
  • The five aspects of Emotional Intelligence
  • Values exploration
  • Mission statements
