By the end of this session, participants will:
- Have explored and presented what leadership means to them individually
- Know their own strengths and weaknesses
- Understand how to use a GAPS analysis to increase self-awareness of performance and direction
- Be aware of useful management theories, tools and strategies and clear about which of these they will utilise
Content:
- Individual presentations on “Leading with Integrity” and discussion around this
- GAPS analysis
- Overview of theories, tools and strategies
